My mother was hospitalized at this facility from a Fri through Tues. The facility was beautiful from the new atrium on the first floor to the updated floors and decor on the 2nd floor. However, once admitted, she went through a minimum of 3 nurse shifts per day and her care was not communicated to the new shift nurses. She only saw the doctor who was treating her while she stayed there, about 30 minutes before her discharge. While we found the staff friendly, they were reserved and didn't provide the personal care that we expected for an elderly patient. I wanted to write a great review, but was disappointed with her care from the transient staff and can't recommend this hospital for a 4 day stay after admission through the ER.

Our son was sent there with a bad strep throat after having a bad reaction to the antiboitic given him by another doctor. They paid close attention to as and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I went to walk in clinic with a very very occasional reoccurring issue. The doctor ran test and disappeared. I was told that test didn't show positive results. i insisted that I had reoccurrence. The sent me to ER where they still insisted I didn't have what I said I had but refused to retest. They ran me through many unnecessary tests, gave me 2 shots of morphine for pain. They told me cancer would not be ruled out by any tests ( I had taken a removed drug). They sent me out the door many hours later with a large bill and told to take tylenol for pain. I went to another doctor who treated me for a few dollars for what I said I had and problem went away. I am trying to discuss the charges and poor treatment but they fail to return calls or answer letters. When they do call they don't discuss problem and one in charge will talk to you. They just stonewall and imply if you don't like it get an attorney. Of course they do continue to send bill regularly.
