Dr. R. was great, very pleasant and professional. The staff at the Murrieta staff. The worst I have ever seen and I'm a vet and 62. Zero follow up. Horrible communications. Lack of professionalism; don't seem to care attitude, in person and on the phone. No follow up information on colonoscopy, waited to long so paperwork was invalid. They never told me, I had to call to see what was going on. Then I had to call my Vet provider who told me they had to call. Two months after surgery, no follow up. So I called them. Oh... I have a July 20th follow up date. They weren't going to tell me until the day before (her words). Well I can't make it. Oh... Sorry no more appointment times available for a while... I'm going over seas in two weeks. Just horrible communication all around.

I got infections after the colonoscopy procedures. The staff is not professional at all you feel like you are going to a gas station to get your colonoscopy donne.

Yes, I have to add my review also. It is with great sadness that I am going to change doctors after going through his very rude office staff again. Dr. Ragu is an amazing Doctor. But, like other amazing doctors out there, they do not pay attention to their staff. I just called to make an appointment as I am having some upper GI complications. Just like clockwork, I was treated very rudely, AGAIN!!

Then I was told that the soonest I could see him was a month and a half away.

All I can say is that this office staff must me related to someone there., as nobody would hire such rude staff voluntarily.

The rudeness of the Office Manager is totally unacceptable and in complete contrast to the warmth and competency of Dr. Raghu. The previous review summed it up when she said that Jeanette, the Office Manager was simply a bully. She is demeaning, intimidating and just plain rude. If Dr. Raghu is that blind to how his patients are being treated in the front office, it makes me question how much he cares about his patients in the back office.

Dr. Ragu is very pleasant which is more than I can say for Jeanette his medical assistant /office manager. While waiting to see Dr. Ragu she chewed out a patient in the phone so everyone could gear. So much for privacy. She then proceeded to chew out a young girl working in the office in front if everyone. So rude and utterly unprofessional. She called me 10 days before M procedure to inform me I had a copay and said I had to pay it then and there (she is denying this of course but I have a witness) I have till 5 days before procedure to cancel! I am not sure if I will or not because I felt comfortable with Dr. Ragu. In my opinion Dr. Ragu's office would run much smoother and be far more pleasant if this rude, unprofessional bully was not there.

Awful experience!! Waited 90 minutes to see MD, Once together, nurse interrupted us 5 times, MD left the room during my time to attend to another issue. Felt like a cookie cutter experience. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend office or MD

Absolutely a wonderful GI Doctor. He has treated my husband and myself. He has done Colonoscopies and Endoscopies on both of us with no complications/no pain.
He managed my husbands very serious liver disease very well for approx. 3 years. I would recommend Dr. Raghuwanshi to anyone who wants excellent care.

He spends time and listens to his patients very carefully and in my opinion, I could not find a better GI Dr. Sorry to say I do not live in California any longer and I will miss Dr. Raghuwanshi's medical care.
