The front office staff has an attitude and was abrupt and condescending, needed to pay a little more attention to detail.
I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. pretended to not notice me waiting to speak to someone.
Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a few days.
