I noticed that they have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the optometrist. I wish all waiting room chairs could be that comfortable.
I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
