I love Dr. Duca and his staff. He has been amazing in dealing with my four legged babies, treating them with dignity, patience and respect. Yesterday I called the office and am quite sure it was Dr. Duca who answered the phone....I described how my baby was feeling and his patience and sound advice/recommendation proved to be perfectly right. She, my poodle, Princess was so much better during the night and back to normal this morning. He did not pressure me for a visit, was calming and reassuring..Wait, let's see how she feels. AND he was perfectly correct...Thank you Dr. Duca. See you soon. Princess Altieri and family.

We had to put our cat down in the middle of July, and being new to the area, I needed to find a place that would help me and my cat out. Dr. Duca and his staff were most sympathetic to me and the kitty. They treated him with compassion and love, and gave me plenty of time to say my 'good bye's to him. We will be taking our new kittens to him soon!

On June 15, 2014 my 11 year old blind poodle had to have dental extractions by Dr Duca. The dog had infection and was uncomfortable. Dr Duca was referred to us by friends and family . The first visit before the surgery we found Dr Duca and his staff to be so concerned and caring. I knew immediately that this was going to be our new veterinarian. On the day of the surgery his staff was so good to Will. The procedure went perfectly. The Dr. explained everything we needed to know to my husband. His concern for Will was wonderful and his goal was to make our dog comfortable and he did. I find this veterinarian to be confident and non-alarming. His staff was terrific and that is so important when someone is worried about their pet during surgery. Thank you Dr. Duca and your staff for doing a great job. We will definitely be back and will also encourage our friends and family to come see you if they need a animal doctor.

customer service is the worst. when i moved and was going to a dif vet due to location they became extremely mean. nobody should be treated that way. unprofessional. miserable people and extremely unorganized staff

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I wish the waiting time was shorter. I know the office tries to book right to make it shorter but it's usually longer than I like. I'll never go there ever. I had to fight off punching his lights out. I have a dog that's been on an eye-medication for over 6 years now due to a KTS diagnosis that required the daily use of cyclosporine. The good Dr in his infinite wisdom, questioned the KTS diagnosis and wanted to retest to see if the diagnosis was accurate. That was fine but he refused to fill the prescription for the drops the dogs been taking for all this time in the interim. His logic seems to be, to suddenly take him off an eye med he's been on for 6 years with no ill affects while he roots out the issue. Meanwhile my dog's tearing up and rubbing his eyes all over the rug and floor to try and get away from the irritation. I had the Vet clinic who diagnosed it call him directly and explain the diagnosis but this sour pompous little troll still says "nope".
Stay away from Dr Duca. He's an uncaring jerk who shouldn't be in the business of caring for dogs.
