They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt like I was bothering them with my questions and concerns with my dog, even though I had an appointment. I also felt the exam was ineffective and rushed, when I asked specific questions the receptionist and vet were talking over each other with conflicting answers. I was unsure who to listen to for advice. I asked about my dog's dry skin, such as causes and a remedy. The vet tech took a used bottle of some spray and sprayed it on my dogs lower back and rubbed it in half heartedly then said I could buy some if I wanted to for 4 bucks. I asked the vet specifically about my dog's ears (she has been scratching incessantly) and he said it could be dust mites! Again no through exam or remedy for that concern. Also they charged me $90 for a pencil-whipped exam with no clear direction or advice to improve my dog's health. What a joke. The place is dirty, while waiting for my appointment (they were late) a flea jumped on my dog. Do not take your beloved pet to this quack and rude assistant!

They are very professional and courteous giving you and your pet the attention they deserve. I have been going to Dr Duca for years with cats and now dogs. I love them! Highly recommended!!

Dr Duca is wonderful. I've been going there for years and he's always considerate and never pushy. He provides just the right amount of attention to ensure that my animals have what they need and he answers all my questions. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
