I'm not sure how he got less than 5 stars on any review. I suppose he's the kind of therapist that requires a willingness to get better. He was tough but loving with me, and challenged me to look at things about myself I really did not like to acknowledge. With that came a lot of healing, though. I would recommend him to anyone who really wants to put in the work to change their life. I am a very different person with healthy relationships and reactions to life, and I owe this to the work I did with Dr. Bell.

If I could give a zero I would. Unprofessional and does not return phone calls. I have great insurance, however, he will not provide his tax ID information and billing codes so I may file with my insurance. Had 4 appointments with him at which time he made an inappropriate referral for a family member. When the facility (the family member was referred to) attempted to contact him, he did not return their phone calls, either. Multiple phone call attempts were made by both parties.

Dr. Bell was a complete jerk to me the many times I went to him. I went in with family problems, and he was very unwilling to talk about them because of the fact I occasionally used marijuana. He obsessed over that small aspect with me and refused to address any of my other concerns and issues. I thought eventually he'd help me with my family relationships and other issues, but nope! Definitely wish I hadn't wasted as many sessions with him as I did.
