I have never missed an appointment and usually see this woman on Mondays. I am a teacher and am around sick people constantly. I called at 6:30am on Monday to cancel my Monday 6pm appointment because I needed to go to the doctor because I had strep. Turns out I had strep and the flu. I called again at 12:30 to make sure she had received my cancellation and I was told that I would be charged $60 for cancellation within 24 hours even though I had a doctors note and was sick with a temperature. I guess everything she had helped me with was not something she wanted to help me with; anxiety (this was very stressful for me) and disappointment by others (you don't understand that I am sick). I wrote the therapist an email to understand this and she did not return my email, I called and she did not return my call. In fact I was put on hold for 6 min. and then they sent me to voicemail when I tried to call back. She is not helpful and her staff is COMPLETELY unprofessional.
