Received a phone call on my CELL PHONE about an appointment for someone who IS NOT ME.....the girl NEVER asked if I was the patient or even related to the patient - just launched into a detailed account of the diagnosis based on a referral (which she couldn't refer to because she had "misplaced it!"), what the appointment was for, and the treatment for the diagnosis! TOTAL AND COMPLETE UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL VIOLATION OF HPPA LAW!!!!
Word to the wise: if you don't want your personal information put out in the street, then I'd strongly advise you to make sure you DO NOT get referred to this place!
Word to the staff at Barnabas Healthcare: Fire your incompetent phone assistants before they assist you into a Federal or civil lawsuit that closes all your doors!
