STAY AWAY!!! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMITTMENT TO THE MENTAL HEALTH POPULATION. The services provided by this clinic has always been "adequate". However, my son and I went in for his monthly scheduled appointment and learned that he had been discharged. We were never notified prior to his "SCHEDULED" appointment that he was being discharged. I've made several attempts to speak with the clinical director to resolve the issue and as of now NO one has returned my call. This is very unethical and poor services providing that mental health treatment should be provided on a continuum and proper discharge is warranted.

Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and basic caring for a child's welfare. My young child went to Advanced Therapeutic Concepts and her counselor just stopped seeing her without any advanced notice and abruptly stopped services with a young child. Therapist we worked with did not have knowledge of mental health needs for my child and her company was not able to help her with this. Dramaticaly impacted my child and her trust in "professionals" - DON'T SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!

I read the other reviews and did my research and found out they have a new owner. I gave this a try for my daughter and they took a little bit to get everything together but I appreciate their time to my personal case. I can count on them and the counselors have helped my family tremendously.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

STAY AWAY! Unfortunately for the counselors there I urge everyone to stay away. The counselors we worked with were great but after 12 months, we still had not accomplished out goals. Here's the real kicker, Carey Savage is CRAZY. He discontinued my daughter's service because I called him out on his pompous attitude. Now we are in the process of obtaining additional help elsewhere and we need her medical records from ATC. They are refusing to release her records to me and "Mr." Savage told me I would need to have a lawyer contact them to get this. This is totally shady. They discharged her from services unethically and now are trying to cover their tracks. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!

I can't stress enough how they over react to situations and don't get enough information before contacting DFAS. So be VERY,VERY,VERY CAUTIOUS!
