STAY AWAY!!! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMITTMENT TO THE MENTAL HEALTH POPULATION. The services provided by this clinic has always been "adequate". However, my son and I went in for his monthly scheduled appointment and learned that he had been discharged. We were never notified prior to his "SCHEDULED" appointment that he was being discharged. I've made several attempts to speak with the clinical director to resolve the issue and as of now NO one has returned my call. This is very unethical and poor services providing that mental health treatment should be provided on a continuum and proper discharge is warranted.
