I've been here at Blair Manor for 6 times
the staff is very friendly they really know their stuff if anyone wants to come here I highly recommend it the food is very good

Great place, everyone is nice to you. Food was great. Sorry I left, now they won't let me back in. Such a big mistake I made. They take good care of you.

I have been to Blair several times, but not recently. I find the staff very caring of both residents and family members. I never ran into a staff member from the Administration to the direct care staff and even the kitchen and maintenance staff that are rude and uncaring. They provide a lot of programs for the residents and on the holidays and other times, they provide special programs for family members. Unless you have worked in a nursing home, you would not recognize the challenges that face workers on a daily basis. Criticizing people for doing their best shows you have no experience in this difficult and demanding job. Happy Memorial Day to you all.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
