Recent Reviews
Very little interaction with residents or between residents. Rooms are dark and gloomy. Nurses ignore lights above patients' doors...patients who hit the 'buzzer' requesting aid. My father was there for a short period of time and there was little to no supervision or room checks. He fell once while there and we found him SOAKED in his urine on two occaisions.

My mom was in rehab at Suffield House.......At first they were great....treated her and her visiting family like someone special.....she was very happy with the rehab. However, she developed a medical situation while there and it was not treated correctly.......it was ignored and no doctor was brought into the situation until it was too late. She ended up back at the hospital and died of a blood infection. I feel suffield house did not properly care for her. We kept asking about it and kept getting the runaround from the nurses and social worker.
