Don't fall for the tour! It's a whole different place when nobodies watching. If you love the old person, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! My wife has been a care giver for dementia patients for 18 years. She worked at the Bradley House a couple of years ago and had to quit after a 2 months. Terrible neglect! Two quick stories: 1- there was an old woman they would sit at a table with a playing card under the glass. She would sit there and paw at for hours. Also not uncommon for then to wheel someone facing a wall and leave them there. 2- there was a term cancer guy, Wayne i think was his name, ex race car driver who deserved better in his last days. Most can't speak so they give them a whistle to blow at night if they need something. My wife came in for her AM shift. Wayne was freezing cold because the window was open all night and he couldn't pull up his own covers. She picked up the whistle and gave it to him. He threw it on the floor. He had been blowing it all night and the two Filipeno lady care givers ignored it. They're not even legal citizens and they don't care about old Americans. Sad but true. This place should burn to the ground. The owners are fake and could care less. Only interested in the gov or insurance money. RUN!!!
