Dvm Charles Myers a1 vet,.Have always had my pets givin top quality care over the 20+years I have went there.And would not go any where else.How nice and caring the staff is .They make me and my animal family feel right at home and cared for thanks to all the staff there.

The animal clinic on 23rd St. is a great place to take your pit. There's usually not much wait. I just called to make an appointment and I get to take my dog in in about two hours. That's quick. I know they'll do a good job. They always do.

It's all about the money.

I had adopted an older dog from a shelter, and after a just a few months it was clear he had seious health problems. I took him to this place, and it seemed pretty obvious to me that he was too far gone to help, and I told the woman at the desk that I thought he needed to be put to sleep. The vet I saw assured me he could be saved, and I explained that since my only income was disability, the MOST I could afford to spend was $300...and even that was a stretch.

My poor baby was looking at me as if to say, "I want to go home to heaven, mon," but...I love him, and wanted to give him every chance.

Well, the bill was more than $300, and I was given numerous medications for him....but found him dead the next morning.

When I contacted the BBB to complain, I was told it was MY fault he dued...because obviously I hasn't been taking care of him, since I had never brought him in for his annual shots! Excuse me? I told them I had adopted him a short time earlier, and his shots were up to date when I got him...he wouldn't have been due for at least another 8 months!

I also told the BBB that I had taken him there to be euthanized, and the person at the front desk had no problem with that, yet in their response to my complaint, these money-hungrym lying thieves claimed they do NOT euthanize animals and had I specified that's what I was there for, they'd have referred me to the Humane Society.

Totally nasty, dishonest, obnoxious people - I would never to go them again.

I brought my cat to board for 10 days. They were great I think that Dixie actually enjoyed herseld. I would like to thank them all. I would recommend them!

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel comfortable and always willing to help. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are the Vet of our choice for our animals. We recently unfortunately had to put a dog of ours down and they did all they could to help us. They went above and beyond anything I could have asked for to help save his life unfortunately it couldnt be done. But they were so willing to help and let us say good bye and didnt rush us and were so sympathetic to what was going on.

I have used this clinic for 5 years and love Dr. Meyers. THey are not cheap (but what vet clinic is???) but they do give great service. The staff is very good. I love the fact that I can get early appts
