Their prices are VERY high. After comparing the fees with there other vets I've used in the past few years, this place was significantly higher on all tests/fees/exams/medications.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Yes, I thought it was fair

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
