Tens unit called in by dr took thrww weeks to get reply . i had a spare unit but, really.... Unit received lasted one year they did take thw time to explain the usage to me.

I was recommended by my doctor to call this medical supply company.
After calling them on the phone, (which was painful due to their rude and unprofessional phone behavior) I wonder what kind of kickback the doctor receives in return!!!!

No phone etiquette at all!
No knowledge of the products they handle!
Beyond poor communication skills!
All around rude across the board!

Revamp the staff!!!!!

They do not accept payment only from Insurance companies. They will bill you for in my case crutches which I was NEVER billed for from an Emergency room but I went to an Urgent Care center which Blue Cross suggested was better with just a pulled legiment and nearly a year later I get a bill for $20 from this company....I will NEVER ACCEPT ANYTHING from Urgent Care again I will walk Out the same way I walked IN!!!! Be aware that companies like this will not accept only the payments from your Insurance company!

Whenever I asked anyone a question on the phone. I never got an answer from anyone. I couldn't find one person who knew how to help me. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They ignored my questions and I left several messages, which were not returned. If my brace wasn't custom made, I would go somewhere else. Handicap accommodations?? What a joke.

I happened to go to another TED provider and what a difference!!
My previous doctor had let BONEL decide what stockings I should get..so they gave me non-prescription stockings yet billed insurance almost 200.00 . Plus they just came by with a box of stockings without ever asking what style I wanted. (Realized I could do this when I went with another company..who charged me almost half of what this company did)
I will *never* use this company again
