This company is the pits to deal with. Personnel are unresponsive.. I have been trying to get an overpayment refunded for two months without success. You can't get a live person on the telephone. I have also e-mailed, sent letters to no avail. Take your business elsewhere.

This is a terrible company. They lie. if you leave a message on their voice mail they don't return your call. They never follow up and they put roadblocks so you don't get the equipment NGOs somewhere else but not this company

Was originally given wrong equipment by Dan and couldn't use machine. Was told after several attempts to reach somebody it was my Doctors Fault. Doctor as well as myself then tried to contact them and they never returned phone calls. Finally went back to hospital to be retested and was told of wrong equipment. I called and called finally spoke to a Ralph in management who is a hustler. After explaining situation with him his said he would send me out proper equipment, that every one I have dealt with in past no longer work for them and he was sorry. I then get a bill for proper equipment. Long Story short have filed with a report with BBB and contacted insurance company as well as hospital that deals with them. Was told I was one of many that has complained. DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY! The person who I dealt with in CPAP management is Ralph at extension 2280

I have been trying to get my CPAP supples for three months now and still have not received them. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have left numerous messages with supervisors, the billing dept. etc. and I have never received a call back. I will go elsewhere for my supplies and deal with a company that is more competent than this one. If I could give this company a "zero" I would.
