I love New York Home Healthcare! There is one guy there Justin, he takes care of his patients and makes sure they get what they need. . Compared to the other companies around, New York Home Healthcare is hands down the best. I know I can count on them when I need something.

Takes months to get my scheduled cpap equipment. Often sends the wrong mask. Wish they would just send me what I need when I need it.

we were pushed to accept medical equipment by this provider because they have contract with the company giving me medical care. we were taked into taking this vendor. the result was there is no toll free phone # and the equipment they sent over was cheap china made quality that it was a joke.
we couldn't choose the medical equipment provider we want because the medical care company contract with them but do they know they have bad review?

Horrible customer service. I was yelled at by one of the representatives when I complained about a miscommunication we had the day previously. He refused to transfer me to his manager and refused to give me her name and phone number. When the manager finally answered I was treated rudely by her as well.

I never have complaints for services and am a very patient person, so the one time I have a legitimate complaint I don't appreciate being treated like a nuisance. I'm a paying customer and so are you. . .GO ELSEWHERE!!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
