this Merchant told me that if I pay through insurance they would charge me $500. they encouraged me to use my credit card to pay for it. I listened and paid for it with my credit card and today I received a bill from the insurance company saying I owe $493 for this shoulder sling. Merchant billed me twice for this item that can be bought online for $20

I had a Richie brace fitted and ordered from all pro. Everyone was very helpful. Sal and Jim were very professional and I appreciate their patience and knowledge in what needed to be done in order to get this device to be as comfortable as possible for me to wear.

Have been purchasing medical supplies for weeping legs and skin graft recovery. Also purchased transfer chair and now need to look at motorized wheelchair or scooter. Hope these can be rented until I decide what will work for me.

if I could give negative stars I would. The place is small and appears like a dump when you first walk in. My wait time was nuts and I was told I had to pay a portion my insurance would not cover after the woman helping me got off the phone with the insurance agent. My daughter was fitted for a boot with no problems and the device is wonderful. I paid almost a hundred dollars at the time of the visit only to find out a month later my insurance covered the whole device and I did not owe anything. When I called the company I was told my daughter was not a customer and it was an issue for them to even acknowledge we made a purchase there much less admit to the fact they owed me a refund. They agreed after 10 minutes of arguing that they owed me money and would give me a refund after cashing the check from the insurance company that they did already receive. The check was cashed 2 months ago and I am still having a problem getting my refund. They got paid twice for the same device. What shmucks.

First time going to this store today , walked in and no one but one girl in there ,she was sitting at the first desk to the right wearing glasses ,she looked quick at me then put her head down , I then said excuse me can I get help , she then looked up and said what do you need (really?!) I have a prescription, she then said oh sign in and have a seat . Again really !no one at all in store but yet I'm told to have a seat , I sit down and this other women walks up and says are u being helped ? I said no she told me to have a seat ! And explained to her I have to get back to work , this women took me right away and I was out in ten minutes , this women did my insurance and put my hand brace on all in ten minutes! I believe she was the supervisor I took her card , I asked her why the other girl doing nothing made me take a seat,she the supervisor said she's sorry and will look into it!how rude ! I will be going back but not dealing with that young women !

I did not have a very pleasant experience here. I walked in around 5 mins to 5pm to get a knee brace. It was pretty busy in there so by the time I was being helped, it was after 5. The blonde lady at the back desk looked at my prescription and told me that she couldn't verify the insurance that night because it was after 5 and the insurance companies are closed and that they couldn't give me the brace until the insurance was verified. She told me that she could verify it the next day and she'll call me when everything was done. I decided just to come back with my prescription when I had time. As I was leaving, I heard the woman who sits in front of the lady with the blonde hair telling this woman she was helping that because she has a certain doctor, she was able to get her brace that night. Of course, I wasn't very happy. Before I left, I asked the other girl with glasses who sits across from them why that lady could get her brace and I couldn't. She asked me what insurance I had and I told her. She immediately said she could verify the insurance online, and that I could get the knee brace I needed. The process took about 10 mins. There was a bit of a wait to get fitted but understandable. Come to find out that the lady who first "helped' me was the supervisor...that's ridiculous. Even though the young lady who helped me was really nice, I couldn't see myself going back there...because of the fact that they play favoritism based on your doctor. They should really rethink their policy.

I visited the plainview office, to pick up my rollater walker recently. I salesman named rob, who looked more like he should be selling used cars, than helping people with surgical supplies, had an obnoxiuos attitude when i asked him some questions on how to use it, and chastised me for when i had to take my shoe off to try on the ankle support, that i was getting his carpet dirty, if you can believe it!! Than rushed me out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

I needed a cane and my orthopedist sent the prescription to All Pro Medical Supplies. I called them up and asked for it as soon as possible because I had to go out the next day. They said they would try to get it done and, if not, to come early the next day.

I came early the next day and was treated horribly by the staff, who did not want to help me and whined about it not being a business day (it was Saturday the day I was told to come in). I said I wasn't leaving without my cane.

"Magically" my order was complete in 5 minutes. Then they just pointed at the selection of canes and walked away. The type of cane I had been told to get by my orthopedist wasn't included in the selection because the wording of the prescription wasn't specific enough for them. I had to take a cane that was wrong for me because they weren't competent enough to complete the order on Friday which would have let me have the doctor adjust the script for them.

They were rude and nasty and neither I nor my friends or family will ever go there again. I suggest you take my advice and stay away as well.
