This was a long drawn out process, I was in the store for 1.25 hours, awaiting thru the process of calling the insurer, filling out forms, than waiting for a person to fit me, with a standard off the shelf night brace. The cost was exhorbitant, can get the same item on line for way less, and have it shipped to my home, hence no waste of my wait time or drive time

I so disagree with the last review , I went into this store my very first time the other day , and the supervisor her name was carol went above and beyond to get me my brace ! I first couldn't find my script she told me don't worry I'll call the doctor and get it , she got on the phone called my doctor and my script was faxed over with 10 mins in the meantime she called my insurance and I was on my way ! I give her two thumbs up ! When I walked in the store I was ignored by the dark colored girl the supervisor was on the cash register and when she was done helped me right away! I will defiantly be back in that store!!

The service was a bit slow... there were 3 ladies as you walk in but only 2 were working on the customers with prescriptions. There were about 7 people waiting to be helped and the woman who said she was the supervisor of customer service was not doing anything to expedite the service, instead she sat at her desk on her phone making personal calls and talking about lunch.
After waiting about 40 minutes, I sat down with the young lady with the long dark hair... sorry I don't remember her name. She was very helpful, knowledgeably, and kind. I was very impressed how quickly she was able to get my prescription processed and get me fitted and out of there. I'm giving 5 stars based solely on my experience with the young lady who helped me get my brace.

I went in this store the first time ever the other day and will def go back! I was helped and greated right away! Store was busy and small but the young lady who helped me was so great! She answered all my questions and never rushed me ! She was being called in so many directions that she still remained helping me ! I even told a worker there she is def one employee to always keep! I kept saying sorry for taking up her time and she kept saying ,why are you sorry that's why I am here! If you go to all pro ask to be helped by carol she is a great person!
