Customer service is terrible. Hard to reach anyone who knows anything, and they did not come to look at a problem with my new wheelchair as promised. Totally useless! I would not recommend them if you can find any other alternative.

Poor customer service. I requested a shipment from them, was promised 7-10 business days I would receive. Called to inquire status and was left a voice message saying needed a doctors order. So either the person on the phone lied to me or didn’t have a clue. Either case wasted 12 days and I am almost out of product. I would recommend using any other supplier.

If you can get the equipment elsewhere, you will be fortunate,
No one takes responsibility for mistakes, ( and they are good at THAT)
NEVER, a return phone call as promised

Billing is terrible, deliveries are only 1 day a week regardless. If you need it on a different day, thy bill it as an emergency and you pay even more! They are not helpful at all. Only the delivery man is helpful.

Lousy customer service. Billing issues take FOREVER to get resolved. I have been trying for several weeks to get a response to a billing issue. Yesterday I sent a follow up email and enabled return receipt. Today the "customer service" person it was directed to deleted it without even reading it.

there is very limited c-pap supplies at this store all orders are filled elsewhere.No answers to broken equipment replacement parts other then you have to wait until you are eligible 2-3 months from initial order.
