They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
