The people in the office are nice, but the company itself keeps crappy records, and continues to bill me for a CPAP machine that was paid in full December 2015.

I recently received word from my former supplier that they were unable to continue with my orders because of Medicare. I started the process to order my supplies through your company back in June. I wanted to have everything set so that I could start ordering my supplies according to dates that were set. Someone called, set everything up for today, August 22 to call me for my order. After calling to see why they had not called yet today, I'm told she will call me tomorrow. When someone tells me they will call me on a certain day, I expect that call to be made. I use my machine each and every day and my supplies are a necessity. Not according to them. Wish I had done a little more research on supplliers.

I have been trying to pay my co-payment on a new C-Pap since July and still do not have it taken care of. I paid with a check in July. They put the numbers from my check in wrong and shredded the check. When I checked with them they said it was paid. When I told them it had not cleared the bank they rechecked and said it had not been. I was billed for a smaller amount than what I wrote the check for and sent them a letter along with my credit card number and that did not work either. I got a bill yesterday for the same amount. I am totally confusd as to how I can pay this bill. When I ask in Greensboro they refer me to another number, but when I ask for information or try to pay them they disregard all my letters.
