I recently received word from my former supplier that they were unable to continue with my orders because of Medicare. I started the process to order my supplies through your company back in June. I wanted to have everything set so that I could start ordering my supplies according to dates that were set. Someone called, set everything up for today, August 22 to call me for my order. After calling to see why they had not called yet today, I'm told she will call me tomorrow. When someone tells me they will call me on a certain day, I expect that call to be made. I use my machine each and every day and my supplies are a necessity. Not according to them. Wish I had done a little more research on supplliers.
