EMPI HAVE QUALITY EQUIPMENT MY TENS UNIT STILL WORK LIKE NEW AFTER 30YRS. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KELP IN TOUCH WITH ME WITH REGULAR ON-GOING SUPPLIES.

I have had wonderful experience with EMPI. my supplies come on time and they occasionally call my to see how everything is and if I need anything else and if all is well.

I have had the worst time with them. I call them I don't know how many times every few weeks to speak regarding my bill and still have not gotten a call back. In my opinion they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Sent in a n old unit for repair..they sent me a postage paid shipping envelope. They gave me new lines, new connectors, a new clip, had it back to me in less than a week and charged me 0.00!!!!

They are TOPS!

I have had my unit for well over 15 years, and it has only been repaired once.

Poor customer service. Rude or indifferent customer reps. The come across as money grubbers. Products are outrageously overpriced in my opinion. There are far better options on Amazon and other outlets. Shop around before you buy. You'll be glad you did.
