Lately I find the customer experience to be very poor. Email orders and questions not acknowledged or returned, endless waits holding on the phone.
When the phone is finally answered you are rushed through your question or request only to be placed in another hold que.
Very frustrating. I have had several orders miss coded for insurance purposes and it takes weeks to clearup the billing errors. Now they can't even get the order correct. Ordered 300 and received 30. No followup.
I have been a customer over six years and easily order 12K of products each year, some years much more.
