Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No. I wasn't listened to at all!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
No, they were disgusting

No, I had to pay for parking!

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. i get to position 1 and wait more then 10 minutes then says unable to take my call and asks to leave voicemail.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.i felt very comfortable. the staff knew what they were talking about. it was a pleasure. i have been dealing with them for 2 years. by far the best company i dealt with.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I am constantly getting a multitude of calls every day for the past 2 weeks, After receiving more than 40 calls in a given week, I have told them of the problem and asked as well as demanded for the calls to stop. I have been assured they will only to have more calls. I really want nothing more to do with them. I can't stand the bothering calls while I am at work, at home, sleeping, showering, eating, whatever I am doing, 40+calls is to much.
I don't feel they are trustworthy just from their own lack of action to my problem.
BTW yes I have confirmed my order 5 times to to know that their questions are as follows,
Your name spelling
Your address
How many times do I test my blood sugar
What type of medication am I on
What type of meter do I use
Do I have any other illnesses

They have been asked of me enough times for me to memorize them. Now only if they will just go away!

Med Care never contacted me before they started sending me "Medical" products. I returned them but they had already been paid by my insurance. They have not reimbursed my insurance. The next month they sent me more "stuff" that i didn't need or want or ask for! I sent an email to my insurance and they did not pay this time.

I called both times and told them i had no desire to do bisiness with them and to STOP contacting me, my doctor and insurance company. I also informed tham the I was withing my rights to keep unsolicited items that they send me and I inteded to do so from this time forward.

This company is a rippoff artist, in my experience and opinion.
