I received an unsolicited sales call from Med-Care earlier today. The caller did not identify herself, but asked if I was Melissa (named changed to protect her), my daughter. I said I was not. I had not asked to be called, but the woman then changed her approach and said she guessed she would have to play 20 questions with me. I told her I was not Melissa and that the number she had called was not a current number for her. She called me rude and said if I had volunteered that information from the beginning she would have removed Melissa's name from her call list.
