Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Every time I go in there, they have a huge sign that says globe broken do not touch, either fix the globe or get rid of it and the tacky sign.Their prices were pretty high so insurance is a must. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait for them to get back to the call. I was unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They do not emphasize customer service after the sale and staff that answer the phone at times can be rude. I was first impressed as they were selling the device, but after they got their money, they were indifferent and uncaring. I will not do business again nor will I ever refer anyone else to see them, I would gladly pay more to be treated like my business mattered, If I wanted to be treated poorly, would go to the local fast food place for the same customer service. ( sorry fast food places, some good some bad), will try another durable goods until I find one that does not take a poor service attitude toward the customer and appreciates repeat business.
