I live in Minnesota and my mother had open heart surgery in Jonesboro, Arkansas, when I had to come back home and leave mom it was hard, a huge part of what I did while I was in Arkansas was chase down the insurance, and try to take that stressor off of my mother, when mom needed equipment in order to come home from the rehab, and things started to get difficult again I figured I could handle the phone calls and battles again, to my surprise I called Pro Med, and got a wonderful younge man named Mark on the other end. He worked with me and assured me it was going to get worked out. He made calls and got everything in place for me. Mark and Promed was a Godsend for me and my mother, I cannot speak highly enough of the help and amazing treatment I received. God bless you Mark and Pro Med.
