The first time we met Dr. Shim, it was under unfortunate circumstances. We had brought in a little Chihuahua that had been hit by a car the night before. We found him shortly after 1 am in the morning. In the process of trying to get him to safety I was bitten on my thumb. We waited until morning, got my shots, and took the little guy to Dr. Shim on a recommendation. We named the dog Moose. Although, Moose was not ours, we had hopes that he would need a cast at the most and we would adopt him as our own. Dr. Shim, informed us of the horrible news and we were left with a decision ultimately leading to him being put down. Dr. Shim worked with us on all costs associated with Moose, and we left on a very sad note.

2 weeks later we returned from a vacation in Cozumel, where we brought home a new pup (Oliver) that we adopted from the Humane Society of Cozumel, Mexico. Dr. Shim examined him free of charge, and gave him his first round of shots (from the U.S) at very low costs. This office has amazing turn around times, and quality care. The staff is friendly and authentically caring about each and every animal that comes through the door. I highly recommend this vet office to any pet owner. You won’t find a better Doctor for your animal, I guarantee it.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock.
