The office is very clean and bright. Staff are mostly courteous and organized. Once when a staff member was really really rude to another patient, I noticed the doctor didn't step in and correct the situation on the spot! The doctor just walked away like he didn't see it or something. That's just wrong! It's the doctor's practice/reputation, not some young vet tech's practice. He just gave me a bad impression after that . I won't take my dogs back there. Their equipment was REALLY old (I work in healthcare) and didn't work well. Some of their "staff" were NOT actually registered vet techs, but were in charge of care for pets after hours. Getting follow up after visits was hit and miss, not consistent. A real shame.
