To say this is an amazing veterinary facility is like trying to describe the perfect day, there aren't words adequate enough to do it justice. From the moment I walk in I am treated as family, and so is my dog. Everyone knows him by name and truly cares about his well-being. My dog is extremely ill, and his prognosis is not good, but the caring staff (from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the veterinarians) helps to comfort on days when the news isn't good, and to celebrate the small victories when they come. Every vet at the practice is awesome, but Dr. Bean has been a godsend during these difficult past few months. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. He supports my decisions, does not pressure, understands financial concerns, and is easy to talk to. I absolutely hate that my dog is having to go through this, but am beyond thankful that we at least making the journey with the wonderful support of Dr. Bean and all of the staff at Pet Care.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would have me make an appointment only if it couldn't be handled over the phone. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodatingI have taken Snowy (my dog) to this clinic a few times over the last 6months. He has been seen 2 different doctors, Dr. Fisher and Dr. Bean. During my first visit Snowy was a puppy, and when Dr. Bean came into the room I was sitting on the floor playing with Snowy. His response was to join us on the floor. I love this clinic. They are always quick to make an appointment and every appointment we have had has been superb. Both Dr. Bean and Dr. Fisher are amazing, they seem like true animal lovers, never too busy to address even the smallest concern. I even got to take a look under the microscope when my dog had a skin scraping done. Also there is a grooming and boarding facility in the same building, so the location could not be more convenient. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is that the sign out front is easy to miss, so if it is your first visit make sure you are paying attention.

I called the office requesting a quote. I spoke with the receptionist, Carole. She was rude, condescending and unwilling to help. I will never take my animal here, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through.

The office has a bright blue roof that's easy to spot on the Blvd! All the people there care about the pets brought in. In my case they've loved all 4 of my dogs and took
great care when we brought in the puppies in soon after being born to the compassion when our older golden was ready to go. They work with you to get you in as soon as possible.
