I arrived at this facility for a simple procedure for my Golden retriever Male . I was having him nuetured due to possibable future cancer . I dropped him off at 8am and in picking him up at 430pm , he walked out very whooply and his legs were covered in blood . I saw this and became alarmed . We walked out , , the facility didn't even give him an e collar to keep from getting to the stiches , I asked about it and they said , NO , we don't believe its nessasary . I left and went home , that night I cleaned him and in doing so , his legs, scrodem , and penis area was black and blue , the scrodem was so swollen it looked twice the size and he was still bleeding around the stiches . The Vet told me they used wire stiches , the next day , he was still black and blue and bleeding , so I took him in . They just gave him a shot to , I guess to clot the blood that was collecting in the scodem . The next day , he got to his stiches and one was pulled out , I called the vet , he said bring him in , I did and they looked at it and said it was ok . The next day the stich area got crusty yellowish brown scapping , I thought it was just the incision closing , next day there was blood all over the bathroom floor and still ozzing out of the incision. I immediately called another Vet hospital and they said for me to bring him in quickly . He was bleeding the whole time and the vet said he needed to go back into surgery . He was so full of blood in the scrodem that the Vet had to remove the entire scrodem and had to close all the blood vessels that had and continued to leak from the previous surgery . The surgery went well but I will NEVER take my animal or any animal to this place ever again . They about killed my boy in a simple procedure .

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information and most especially: a follow-up call. The staff is friendly but the doctor made me feel like an idiot about my puppy's cherry eye and said "tssk tssk" because he had tangled hair under his ears. I use this vet for emergencies only now, because I live nearby. Their services always seem to cost too much. I can't afford this vet clinic! When I have the choice and can plan ahead, I visit the Utah Human Society with all my pets and save lots of money.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
