Bruechner Animal Hospital folks treat you like family. I wouldn't use anyone else. The first order of concern with everybody there is your pet's well-being. Dr and Mrs.Bruechner both love animals and their employees do as well, and. it shows!

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I actually travel from the Oklahoma City area all the way to Mount Pleasant just to visit him because I have never had a vet as great as he is.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Brueckner correctly diagnosed my ailing Golden Retriever that I had rescued from a family that lived near Houston. The poor dog was suffering a severe case of puppy mange that no one had correctly diagnosed. The family I adopted him from raised Goldens and the dog I adopted was pedigreed. I was told he had skin allergies and was allergic to their carpet, but after one round of steroids and antibiotics didn't seem to work here, and I saw the dog's records of round after round of those from the vet in Southeast Texas, I was discouraged. But Doc B actually listened to my description of what I was observing, and correctly diagnosed the skin problem. He told me if he was correct I would see a different dog in a couple of weeks; and now several months later, indeed, I have seen a very different dog - a dog that I was considering giving up after I adopted him because of the skin problems; and now am planning to train to be a pet therapy dog. I love my dog and my vet!

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
