I have problems when a veterinarian don't examine a dog completely before he said that there is noting wrong with your dog, ignoring your concern. I took my dog there with complaints of constant cough, I was afraid there was something wrong with his heart and told this to the vet. He send me home with the dog making me feel like an idiot. 10 days later the dog ended at the veterinarian emergency room with congestive heart failure...

IBoght Veterinary charged me $20 when I told them I wanted to fill my prescription elsewhere because the price they charged for Heartgard was really high. No one told me about this fee until the appointment was over, at which point I had to pay for the exam. If you refuse to pay the fee, Dr. Wagoner refuses to give you the prescription, but still requires you to pay for the exam. The vets themselves don't let you know there is a hidden fee, they leave it to their young veterinarian technicians to take the heat. When I asked to speak to a vet, I was told she was busy. When I asked to have someone call me about the hidden fee, nobody did.
