The veterinarians, the vet technicians, vet assistants, reception and kennel staff have all been professional and welcoming. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I am also sure that if I had an emergency they would see me right away. One time during a downpour, I watched one of the veterinarians come out to the family's car and administer medications because the dog was so infirm that it could not come into the building. The veterinarians have explained alternative approaches and all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The charges are far less than our past vet practice and the quality of service better. One example is subcutaneous fluid packs for our cat. At our past practice the cost for fluid, needles and lines was 3 times the amount. For the same product, the cost is $33 compared to $100. I feel that the veterinarians know that they have two customers, the owner and the pet. and they treat both equally and with great care. I was so impressed with Doctor Engel's first exam of our dog. She came in the room and immediately sat down on the floor with him and made him feel comfortable. Dr. Shaw has worked with both our cats. Our one cat was known as an 'attack cat' to any vet staff that worked with her. Dr. Shaw came in the room and sat down with the cat and handled her without any issues. She also suggested a simple solution to an issue with this cat that saved us thousands of dollars and probably the life of the cat. We have had no complaints but am sure that they take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
