I sent an email with questions about treatment for my dog's seizue disorder to the email address on Lyme Veterinary Hospital's Contact Information web page. No reply. 5 days later I went back to the web site to be sure I'd sent it to the correct address. I had. I then filled out a form on their Contact Us web page. I got an auto reply, "we got your request and will respond." They didn't. 3 days later I left a message on their voice mail. Again no reply.

They paid close attention to me and were very kind to me, my son and his dog! Their staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
