I sent an email with questions about treatment for my dog's seizue disorder to the email address on Lyme Veterinary Hospital's Contact Information web page. No reply. 5 days later I went back to the web site to be sure I'd sent it to the correct address. I had. I then filled out a form on their Contact Us web page. I got an auto reply, "we got your request and will respond." They didn't. 3 days later I left a message on their voice mail. Again no reply.

They paid close attention to me and were very kind to me, my son and his dog! Their staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.
