I've gone to this clinic for years, even before the new clinic was constructed. Kim is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and her staff cares a lot about animals as well. When I deployed to Iraq they watched over my two horses and i was extremely happy when i came home to see them. Always, Kim and Rob have gone above and beyond with my horses needs and if I was still living in North Carolina, I would still use them for all health visits with all of my pets.

This is not my regular vet but during a weekend my 17yr old JRT decided it was her time to die. She was obviously in distress and I did not want to prolong the process for my beloved pet and took her to the 24 hr emergency clinic at North Star. Dr. Kim was on call and treated us with the greatest compassion and patience one can under the circumstances. I know that vets see death routinely but she acted as if this unknown dog/owner touched her deeply. The facilities are first class. While I will not switch from my vet whom I love, I would highly recommend this practice and certainly this 24hr service to anyone.
