Have been going to this hospital for years. The staff cares and they are well informed. The prices are reasonable. I love the care my pers get here.
I've been with this vet for over close to 10 years.. Though seen many faces at the front desk & several Vets. The care has been wonderful. 2 years ago had a puppy passed away, the staff then were so caring. What was touching to me was receiving a sympathy card signed by everyone and my Vet. Till this day I still have the card along with the urn of my beloved per.
The only thing I can say other than the vet care has been wonderful for my furbabies are my babies. The front desk staff has gone from fantastic to a change of non caring, waiting and waiting. I have given these concerns to my vet as well as the front desk manager. I don't know what has happen to the front desk staff they had but this is where they keep going to non caring staff members. At times the front desk area can be smelly, hair everywhere etc.. the front outside lobby does need a lot of TLC..
with this being said the Vets are wonderful.. but lately they too have been changing..
Dr. Rivera, pls come back.. you are very much missed..
Dr. Ridell, you are great too, hopefully you can stay.
