We have been taking our pets to Dr. Phillips for the last 20 years. I would not leave the medical care to anyone else, but her and her staff. My dogs love going to see her and her wonderful staff. Dr. Phillips pulled my Teacup Toy Poodle through a very rare disease, giving us a full 13 years to love and be loved by him. She now takes care of our Standard Poodle and our little teacup Chihuahua. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Phillips and her staff. Love them all!!!

Each and every one of the staff are wonderful! They are very compassionate and you can tell they love their jobs! I would recommend them to anyone! Both of my dogs are treated there and I have never had one problem.

Called about a lost cat that has been hanging out on our deck for four days, brought it in to see if it was micro-chipped and if it was neutered. The office and vet were very accommodating and answered my inquiries. It was great to know their pricing was extremely reasonable both for the neutering surgery and host of vaccinations the cat would have done. The cat has subsequently moved on after 6 days of hanging out with our other two cats. The exchange with this pet hospital staff and vet will get our business for our other two cats since they are four minutes from our house instead of 15 minutes across town and have much more reasonable pricing options.

Dr. Phillips is VERY caring and an excellent veterinarian! My 2 dogs have been treated by her for 14 yrs. Sadly, both have passed. She was there crying with me. My first dog boarded with her office every time we went out of town. Only had 1 incident in this length of time. It wasn't Dr. Phillips fault. An assistant had put my dog in a smaller cage than she was used to for a night.She was quickly changed when it was realized. She wasn't injured or sick, she just didn't like it. LOL At least that's what the assistant said. They never tried to cover it up or not tell me how she did while boarding. Dr. Phillips ALWAYS does what's best for your pet. She also gives options on treatment. Doesn't insist it has to be done this way or that way. She understands when finances play a role. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vet for their pet!

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. After my appointment I felt very relieved and confident in going forward. I couldn't have been more pleased with this provider's thoroughness. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. The temperature was perfect! They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. Thanks to the doc and staffs care, my cat is able to walk after surgery. She was given the best of care on every visit. Staff is very friendly and services are affordable.
