Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Dr. Phillips & her staff are very caring professionals who treat your pet as their own. She gives a thorough exam & does whatever is possible to help your pet whether it be routine vaccines or a serious medical issue. She is very kind hearted & talks to all her clients as if they've been best friends for life. She explains everything to the client so that even those without veterinary medical background can understand what treatment their pet recieved & how to continue medications if any at home. I highly recommend anyone with small animals to schedule your next appointment with Dr. Phillips & her team. You will not be disappointed. She provided the very best care for my Maine Coon who had inoperable cancer until he passed away. She recently treated my new cat who has been diagnosed with FUS & had a blockage. He is still recovering but she helped give him relief & loved him as her own cat while he was hospitalized & I have no doubt if he continues to have this problem that she will be right there doing all she can to get him well. So, if you want your pet treated like he never left home, please visit the doctor & staff at Phillips Animal Medical Hospital. You will never want to see another vet again. :D
