This is a wonderful animal care facility. All staff gets to know each animal by name and give them love. The vets can give a diagnosis without having to consult material and get back to you right away if tests are done. Even when your family pet is boarded, they give them the best attention ever so they will eat and drink water even though they miss you.

Birch Lake is a wonderful place for your pet! We have been going there for 12+ years and the staff and doctors are very helpful and they always answer any questions that we have. I recommend this to all.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They also paid lots of attention to my dogs and cats!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are genuinely concerned about my animals and their health and everyone there adores all the animals that come in.
