If you want to have a successful relationship or coparenting stay away from this therapist. She can easily support one person as she fails to differentiate between her profession and her anger, personal life, or political opinion. She doesn’t use a protected email and she sent info from our sessions to my ex wife. She is so judgmental and try to put her solution to everything instead of letting the couple collaborate or process their emotions. She can easily yell and get angry multiple times during the session. When it comes to children decisions she will tell what decisions you should make based on how she and her daughter make decisions for her grandchildren.
She also refused to release my forms of HIPPA and medical treatment.
I have studied counseling and I’m a firm believer that a counselor should separate between their own life and profession because everyone’s experience is unique and a counselor should practice self-differentiation.

Anita Schneck has been my counselor for the last 4 years. I have seen many different counselors over the past 12 years. However, Anita has been the most helpful and professional counselor I have ever worked with. Her guidance and expertise has allowed me to successfully manage my anxiety caused by a traumatic divorce. I have brought multiple family members into sessions with me in order to have Anita help me rebuild my relationships with others. She will not tell you what you want to hear - she tells you what you need to hear in order to grow. Anita has literally helped me rebuild my whole life! I recommend her with 100% confidence that she can help those who want to be helped. I have recommended her to other friends and family that need help as well.
