The Hopewell Springs Counseling Center utilizes a supportive psychotherapy approach in conjunction with the latest advances in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The interventions we use in therapy are guided by evidence based practices. The research demonstrates that the techniques we use, and the skills we teach, have been effective for many people in reducing or eliminating distressing symptoms. The counseling process is tailored to our clients specific needs so as to reduce or eliminate the suffering many people live with on a daily basis.
The staff at Hopewell Springs Counseling Center features all Licensed Psychologists. Our doctors have been featured in various media outlets including the NBC 10 News in Philadelphia, The Burlington County Times, The Courier Post, South Jersey Magazine, and more. Dr. Leibovitz has alsobeen featured on 94WIP sports talk radio in Philadelphia. He was the exclusive psychologist appearing every Thursday at 4pm for a 30-minute segment called "Therapy Thursdays" on the Anthony Gargano & Rob Ellis Show. The segment encouraged passionate sports fans to call in to discuss their struggles with the ups and downs in the Philly sports world. It was a lighter look at applying effective clinical techniques to everyday issues.

Dr. David Leibovitz founded the Hopewell Springs Counseling Center in 2009, and has overseen the center's growth over the years.
