They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. They are very professional. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I appreciated that they followed up with me after my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Hernandez.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how clean and organized their office was. It was one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
