Honestly I did not find Dr. Allan Chino helpful. He seemed like he truly cared but did not seem to get to the heart of my situation. I felt like he imposed his own thoughts and beliefs into our sessions and did not truly listen to me. I often felt worse after our sessions - like I was paying someone who did not seem to understand where I was coming from. I feel like he was brining his own issues into our sessions. I probably saw Dr. Chino five times.

He seemed scattered and missed an appointment of ours. He came late to our appointments several times.

I'm sure he has helped others but I would never recommend him to a friend. He did not follow up with me after I left his office crying and clearly upset.

I feel comfortable and safe in this office. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are the most attentive, caring psychologist I've ever been to. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
