There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Dr Lui was very pleasant.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I have always had a difficult time finding a good optometrist for my weird prescription. I have one eye Farsighted and one eye Nearsighted with tons of Astigmatism. Dr. Lui was on top of her game. The prescription was great. I have never seen so well and comfortably my whole life. Thank you Dr. Lui

Excellent optometrist. I was extremely happy with my eye exam. She was so thorough. She screened me for glaucoma, cataracts and back of the eye problems. She answer so many of my questions. Great looking store also. They have so many glasses. I would recommend Dr. Irene Lui.

Great Optometrist. Dr. Lui was so informative and knowledgable. She really explained everything to me. The whole process was great, from the eye exam to getting my glasses, it was seamless. I would recommend her. Great optometrist.

Great service. I don't usually rate people, but Dr. Irene was fanastic. She was so patient with me. I was nervous trying on contacts for the first time but she really put me at ease. The staff there was great, they helped me pick out these perfect glasses. They had my glasses done so quickly. I would recommend them. I had a great experience there.

I can't rave about them enough. The optometrist and the optician there were awesome. They did a wonderful job with my glasses and contacts. They were just excellent. I have been going to see eye doctors since I was 7yrs old and Dr. Lui is by far the best. The staff there was so helpful. I am so happy thatthere are more optometrist in hoboken now. I would recommend them highly. Wonderful service. I would defintely go back.
